Diseases of the circulatory system of thought - connected

Scientists have found a link between heart disease and impaired cognitive thinking among people in middle age. Cognitive function - the higher functions of the brain: memory, attention, psychomotor coordination, language, gnosis, practice, calculating, thinking, orientation, planning and management of higher mental activity. The study was published in the European Journal of Cardio-vascular system. Dr. Archana Singh-Manoux and colleagues in France studied the connection between heart disease and the memory and thought. The study included 10,308 participants aged 35 to 55 years. The study began in 1980. Heart attacks and other diseases affecting the heart, circulatory system, have been before 2004. End of the study participants 5837 tests conducted to assess the cognitive functions. As a result, men and women with heart disease had the lowest score on the tests, particularly in the assessment of motivation and vocabulary, unlike other participants compared with no heart disease. In addition, in men, scientists have discovered a link memory loss and other cognitive functions with a duration of cardiovascular disease. According to experts, even in middle age cause heart disease in a significant deterioration of thinking and remembering.
