Coffee beans help to improve memory

Researchers found at the University of Tsukuba, Japan, that chlorogenic acid - component in coffee beans may contain, in the treatment and prevention of dementia, particularly Alzheimer's help. Japanese scientists have found that chlorogenic acid in coffee beans, protects brain cells from damage. The researchers conducted experiments on mice. Which showed that the ether (chlorogenic acid), to help improve memory. Rodents with impaired memory and the ability to navigate in space, in the pool to be thrown, found a place out of the water. Despite the fact that the process was repeated several times, the mouse could not remember a short road to salvation. Thereafter, the mice began to give chlorogenic acid. After 7 days, they began signs of improvement in memory seen. On day 30, they swam out of the pool, along with healthy mice. In the experiment, scientists have concluded that the use of chlorogenic acid can help people with Alzheimer's disease and memory disorders.
