Light therapy is not only able to cope with seasonal depression, but also to treat serious mental illness, according to U.S. scientists from the University of Pittsburgh. According to the study, doctors gave patients special lamps, they must be turned on daily at 15, 30 and 45 minutes. The experiment was carried out in the chambers of the nine patients.
