Chamomile tea lowers blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes

Drinking tea with chamomile helps prevent complications of type 2 diabetes, such as blindness and kidney damage associated, reported British and Japanese scientists. Scientists conducted a study in which rats were fed for 21 days in the laboratory chamomile. Then, the experts compared the results with a group of rats that were this time on a normal diet.
