According to psychologists, is a man who claims to be the leader in the family who would show these qualities in the work. The average income of men up to $ 8,500 per year, than the man who prefers the gender equality in the relationship, the researchers reported. The study appears in the Journal of Applied Psychology. U.S. researchers conducted a study with the participation of 12,686 men and women. Respondents for the first time in 1979 when they were 14 to 22 years. Then conducted a survey three more times in the next two decades. The latest survey was carried out by scientists in 2005. The questions focused on the vision of the ideal family and important roles of men and women in the matter of making money. It was found that men who had a woman's place at home believed to earn more, and in turn, women who do not share this belief also made more money, but the gap was not as clear as in men (average $ 1,500).
