Foods rich in folic acid protects men from the development of low-quality sperm and children with genetic defects conception, scientists say. Scientists have discovered that the performance with the addition of folic acid (vitamin B9) can reduce sperm with the wrong number of chromosomes. B9 helps protect against birth defects.
