Internet, alcohol and lack of sleep lead to weight gain

Women online much time to devote little sleep or regularly drink alcohol are more likely to suffer from obesity than their counterparts, the scientists said. The same trend was seen with regular use of alcohol and lack of sleep. Scientists believe these three habits have a huge impact on weight gain. The study was published in the journal Pediatrics. According to experts, that the effect is not immediately visible, but over time it becomes pretty obvious. The study included 5,036 women. Experts interviewed them about how many hours they spend on the Internet, sleep, and how much alcohol was consumed regularly. Scientists have found that the Internet is more and more popular, and its influence on weight concerns, especially girls under 18. The girls, who slept an average of 5 and not 8 hours, as BMI increased. Women who drank more than two drinks one week wins extra weight than their peers teetotaler, said the expert.
